Create a space for yourself somewhere within your home that it is cozy, comfortable, and exactly what you enjoy. Practice sitting here each day. You can set a gentle timer on your phone and give yourself some time each day for peace, love and raising the collective consciousness.
If you would like to meditate with our community, here is general guidance.
1. Sit Comfortably
2. Close Eyes
3. Repeat Mantra for 3-20 minutes
