Kim Brooks is a wellness practitioner with certifications in yoga, Reiki, restorative breathwork, meditation, and stand-up paddleboarding. With nearly two decades of experience as a former elementary educator and literacy coach in the United States and abroad, Kim brings her love for teaching, empowering others, and nurturing relationships into all of her offerings. She knows firsthand the importance of slowing down and giving our body the rest and care needed to function optimally.
Kim’s mission is to guide others on their journey inward, helping them cultivate a deeper sense of peace and self-awareness. As a board member of Sunday Meditate, she is dedicated to sharing mindfulness and holistic practices with the global community, encouraging a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Off the mat, you can find her at the beach, traveling, reading, or Stand-up Paddleboarding.
